(Argentina CNSAM). All of the 40/40s for the church plant in Córdoba have been approved and are preparing to begin their missionary experience..
Extreme Nazarene held interviews in Pilar, Argentina from October 11-13 to select the final members of the 40/40 church planting team for Córdoba. After undergoing an extensive application and interview process, two females were selected to join the team – Ana Garcia from Granadero Baigorria (Rosario), and Damaris Obando from Mendoza.
With the selection of the two females, the team now has 5 approved North American and 5 Argentine 40/40s. On January 8, the team will travel to Quito, Ecuador to begin their missionary training. They are scheduled to begin working in Córdoba in late May, and will serve for 23 months to plant a church in the city of over a million people.
The approved Argentines are the following: Matias Quiroga from San Salvador from Jujuy; Romina Celeste Calderón and Juan Manuel Ricapito from Valle Hermoso, Córdoba; Ana Garcia; and Damaris Obando. The approved North Americans are the following: Shekinah Bergen from Visalia, California; Ashley Hoffner from Oxford, Mississippi; Rachel Gilmore from Charlevoix, Michigan; Matt Lucas from Mount Juliet, Tennessee; and Dani Neiderheiser, from Beaufort, South Carolina. They will be joined by Aric and Kimberly Bidwell and their three sons from Napoleon, Ohio, who will serve as their cluster support, and by a pastoral couple.
The young people are currently in the process of raising funds to support their time as missionaries. If you have any interest in supporting them financially, contact Cailyn Wheatley at firstname.lastname@example.org.
