(Chile CNSAM). In Paine, from July 6th to 9th, was held the Pastoral District Retreat last weekend. Companionship, spirituality, love, vision were the words that characterized the conference.
Tehuelche Paine is a word that means “blue” which is the predominant color in Chile that stains the lakes, forests and even stones. The town of Paine is a rural area at 40 km south from the beautiful city of Santiago de Chile.
The activity was organized for pastors and their wives and directed by Dr. Orestes Barboza, the District Superintendent and his wife Rev. Vilma Vilchez. The retreat had as exhibitor the Strategy Coordinator for the Southern Cone Area, pastor Juan Jose Zani under his missionary visit to the country.
Participants rated the activity as uplifting and inspirational as they were challenged to continue the work entrusted by the Lord.
