A group of more than 50 persons attended this event. They were district pastors accompanied by their local leadership teams. District ministry leaders and lay discipleship leaders (DEM) were also present
The purpose of this annual retreat is to have a time together and to grow in communion and worship and to receive training and strategies to continue advancing in the vision of growth on the district.
This event concluded on Monday, May 21, with a blessed Holy Communion service. District superintendent, Rev. Oscar Varas, was the speaker; the North District pastors were in charge of serving communion.
The district superintendent thanks the Lord for this special time which helped to renew our strength and to continue working on the vision which the North Chilean District has in conjunction with the local churches in carrying out the Great Commission.
