(Argentina CNSAM). From June 20-22, 2013, Argentina participated in the XXVIII General Assembly and Conventions for the Church of the Nazarene for the first time via a Satellite Site. While the National Ministry Congress was being held, the South American Nazarene Theological Seminary in Pilar, Argentina was one of the ten satellite sites outside the US* that received delegates to the XXVIII General Assembly and Conventions.
The conventions for the church’s ministries such as NYI (Nazarene Youth International) and NMI (Nazarene Missions International) were separated into different classrooms. Through a videoconferencing system, the delegates could participate in the business meetings, sessions and elections of the new leadership for the next four years.
The evenings concluded in the chapel where the delegates gathered to worship the Lord together with the thousands of Nazarenes who attended the evening services at General Assembly in the United States.
